Meet the Provider

Hello! I’m Jasmine, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging seasons. My journey began in critical care nursing, where I saw firsthand how deeply mental health influences both healing and overall quality of life. Those experiences sparked my passion for psychiatry and my commitment to breaking the stigma that too often keeps people—especially within immigrant communities—from seeking the help they deserve.

As the child of immigrants, I understand how cultural expectations and misconceptions about mental health can make reaching out for support feel intimidating or even shameful. This awareness drives me to create a judgment-free, culturally sensitive space where every person feels heard, valued, and empowered.

In my practice, I work with children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan. I help individuals navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood and behavioral conditions, always tailoring care to the person—not just the diagnosis. I believe in addressing both mind and body, combining medication management, lifestyle support, and psychoeducation to promote sustainable well-being. For children and teens, I emphasize early intervention—helping them build the emotional tools and confidence to thrive into adulthood.

What inspires me most is witnessing transformation—the moment someone moves from overwhelm and uncertainty to a place of resilience, balance, and renewed purpose. Healing isn’t linear; it’s a journey we walk together.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my family and our three dogs. I find joy in live music, where energy, creativity, and community remind me of the shared humanity that connects us all. Just as music uplifts the spirit, I see mental health care as a way to bring harmony and hope back into people’s lives.
