My Philosophy
In my practice, I work with children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan. I help individuals navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood and behavioral conditions, always tailoring care to the person—not just the diagnosis.
My approach is both evidence-based and holistic. I ground treatment decisions in the latest research and clinical guidelines, while also recognizing that true healing extends beyond medication alone. I often incorporate lab work and health assessments to better understand biological factors such as thyroid function, vitamin deficiencies, or hormonal imbalances that can significantly impact mood and energy. Addressing these underlying contributors allows for a more complete and personalized treatment plan.
I believe in supporting both mind and body—combining medication management, psychotherapy principles, lifestyle modifications, and psychoeducation to promote sustainable well-being. For children and teens, I emphasize early intervention, helping them develop emotional tools, resilience, and confidence that will carry into adulthood.
Above all, I believe that mental health care should be accessible and affordable. That’s why I accept patients with or without insurance, ensuring that compassionate, high-quality care remains within reach for everyone.
